We are a vibrant post-16 class made up of seven amazing young people. Together, we create a happy, engaging and supportive learning environment where every pupil is encouraged to thrive, grow in confidence and develop independence as they prepare for adulthood.
Our learning is based on a pupil-centred, functional curriculum. We focus on developing life skills through meaningful, hands-on learning experiences. Every activity is tailored to our pupils’ individual needs and designed to promote independence, communication and confidence.
Some of our favourite activities include shopping trips, cookery, art, music and movement, sensory stories and relax time in the sensory room.
In 16B we aim to create an environment where every pupil feels happy, valued and empowered to achieve their personal best. We are so proud of everything our pupils achieve!
