3F - Miss Fitzpatrick's Class
Welcome to 3F
We are a key stage 3 room, and we currently have 8 pupils between the ages of 11 and 15. In our class we use a thematic approach to learning and all programmes are tailored to suit the individual needs of each pupil within the class. There is a strong emphasis on the use of visuals and structure which enables the pupils to access the curriculum in a meaningful way to them. We also encourage and develop independence and communication skills across all areas. Pupils enjoy working and learning both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis where we work on meeting our individual targets.
Some of our favourite activities include Swimming, Art, Attention Autism, PE, going to the Sensory Room and using the class interactive whiteboard for Phonics and Numeracy activities.
